Your Energy Source

Zenhaling

The Abdominal Region is often referred to as The Core.
Breathing into this area with your hands in this position enables focus of breath into the core. As you inhale, your fingers may separate and move apart and as you exhale, your fingers will re-approximate.

When you strike a hammer blow or jump off a cliff no thought occurs in the mind. The momentary tension of the skeletal muscles provide a very subtle temporary inhibition of thought.

THE TONGUE

Zenhaling

Tongue:
When we worry the tongue tenses up and throws off our breathing and heart center. This is one reason why we get Tongue Tied! Exhale and let the tongue go limp and accompany it with a sound of AAHHHH.

Try to lightly touch the tip of your tongue against the upper pallate and roof of your mouth, just behind the front teeth. Being mindful of the Tongue also reminds us of how powerful this organ can be. The Tongue can be used to lift others or bring them down. It is your choice.

ZENHALING EXERCISES DEVELOP INTUITION

Zenhaling

Intuition is God showing us before it happens or as science explains, "the ability to acquire knowledge without inference or the use of reason.[1] "The word 'intuition' comes from the Latin word 'intueri', which is often roughly translated as meaning 'to look inside'’ or 'to contemplate'."[2] Intuition provides us with beliefs that we cannot necessarily justify. For this reason, it has been the subject of study in psychology, as well as a topic of interest in the supernatural. The "right brain" is popularly associated with intuitive processes such as aesthetic abilities.

YOU CAN SAY THAT AGAIN!

Zenhaling

"When you possess great treasures, rarely are you believed."

"Before a dream is realized, the Soul of the World tests everything that was learned along the way. It does this not to be evil, but so we can master the lessons we’ve learned as we moved towards that dream. It’s the point where most people give up." The Alchemist

"Our Eyes believe themselvs, Our Ears believe other people, our Intuition believes the Truth of the Spirit" -German Proverb

"People are like tea bags, we find out how strong they are when we put them hot water...

CONSIDER THIS:

What if our lives were not measured by the number of years but instead the number of breaths?

The Animal Kingdom best demonstrates this...
The Averages are:

Rabbit in Wilderness takes 100 Breaths min. & lives 1 year ave.

House Cat takes 70 Breaths min. & lives 12 year ave.

Dog takes 50 Breaths min. & lives 16 year ave.

Human takes 23 Breaths min. & lives 70 year ave.

Tortoise takes 1 Breaths min. & lives up to 200 years!

We're just saying...

THEY SAID IT:

“If you know the Art of Breathing, you have the strength, wisdom and courage of Ten Tigers" -Chinese Adage

“If your understanding is the same of your teacher, you take away half of their worth; when your understanding surpasses that of your teacher you are worthy to surpass them. Doing the same thing as your teacher will lead to a state of decline” -Zen Training
